It’s not true. Somali doesn’t have proven oil reserves. It’s speculation it takes alot of money and science to prove oil reserves. Unfortunately people don’t make this clear so they can get engagement and clicks which misleads people

As technology gets better proven oil reserves go up for example Canada tar sands for long time couldn’t be proceeded profitably. Same thing with US shale hopefully makes sense
