Awbarkhadle, Hawad Road is already planned, but starts from Tuurdibi to Bookh to Danood/ Marsin to Gashaamo to Awaare to Xarshin to Jigjiga.
They are trying to build Dry port in Awaare, where all Cargos/ Products from Berbera, Garacad and Bosaaso will meet and sent to different part of Ethiopia and Africa.
That dream will happen too
I like the idea of Hawad Road too.
