If I'm not mistake this was a building built under Jalle Siyaad for his SRC and later SRSP HQ, it was renovated under Former President Jalle Faarmajo, it is intended for the office of PM to be moved here and the current office for the PM to be vacated. Tbh they should make Villa Somalia the presidential mansion but the Old PM office the actual President's workplace.
