Also many places in lower shabelle are still under al shabab like most of the sablaale and baraawe district which is easily explainable as it will never be able for a foreign force like the hawiye SNA militias to effectivly protect the area from al shabaab. If you want to destroy al shabaab, you need to recruit troops from the local area and give power back to the locals, else they will just support al shabaab.

So Hawiye land is for Hawiye only and Daarood land is strictly to be claimed by Hawiye, but Reewing land is shared by Somaliweyne. That makes absolutely no sense.
