I have a cappuccino addiction to the point I drink several cups of coffee latte' in a given day. Recently since Ramadan began, I don't drink coffee since the iftar time is 8PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) or later. I can't drink coffee after that time because in a few hours, I need to go to bed. Sahoor time is before 5:49AM EST, and I can't take coffee at that time as I need to go back to bed and get 1 more hour sleep. There I found my answer and encouragement of defeating this addiction.
