I beg to differ.

The Norwegian government has researched the issue and found that current Somali refugees need not protection and can therefore be deported to the country of origin.

This is likely in part driven by non-racist reason such as the high-crime, lack of integration and burden on social services that Somalis disproportionate contribute to.

The decision however risk running afoul of the European human rights convictions and its non-refoulement, the UN charter on refugees but likely not Norwegian immigration legislation.

Therefore to paint it as merely racism is to disregard reality and bypass the issue at hand, which whether the assessment of the security situation is correct.
