Northern Gaza, Gaza city, is being primed for an impending annexation

Roughly corresponding with the first evacuation zone where 850,000+ people were ordered to leave

Since early September there have been 600+ buildings demolished, and they have built or expanded 12 bases within a 18 square mile buffer zone that occupies 13% of the Gaza Strip.

The bases look permanent

Realistically the Northern Gazan strip will be inhabited by settlers in the near future

What are the implications? The Palestinians obviously won't accept these terms in any sort of cease fire or peace deal. I'm expecting further escalation with rapid annexation of the west bank and perhaps the rest of the strip. The Trump admin will give formal de jure status over the new incorporated territories.
