There’s been speculation over Kim’s deteriorating health for months due to his heavy smoking, heavy-set weight, and workload but I hope it gets critical. That fat piece of shit starved his own country and there is this crazy story where his guards haven't eaten in days. He made them bring food to his table and he fed his dog a piece of steak in front of them.

His death would be good news for NK and could trigger a Korean unification but I honestly doubt that because there is an obvious successor and it’s largely assumed that power would stay within the Kim dynasty. According to many reports, she's very arrogant, evil and lust for power. Looks like the Kim family won't disappear that easily.
