If you can afford it, help move your parents out into a nicer area, as opposed to paying rent somewhere else. Pool your resources together.

Oh I see my parents already own the family home it's already in a good area ,so it's not like I'll be helping them with anything. If your parents are renting I don't see why you would leave that's less money on rent/utilities especially if it's the same city.
