I don't know why people don't train legs as it's the biggest muscle group meaning that you can get the most progress training them. Besides almost every leg exercise involves the core as well.

Don’t waste your time saxib, Sarms are weaker than real AAS and they have the same side effects. I suggest a mild 50-80mg Anavar cycle or 60-80mg Tbol cycle for 6-10 weeks as your gateway to AAS. I wouldn’t even bother with PCT with these compounds, as they slightly suppress natural testosterone production and naturally your body will kickstart easily after usage. PCT drugs are actually more dangerous than the steroids themselves. Nova is liver toxic while Clomid can potentially damage the eye sight. Be careful. PCT didn’t exist pre-80s, is drug dealer new method of making money,

The most important thing is diet however. Without enough calories, enough protein(Space out during the day) you will not grow properly on AAS and you will waste the potential power these drugs have brother.

Diet > AAS > Exercise in this order

Research EVERYTHING and get KNOWLEDGEABLE about these substances before usage and everything will be fine..

No, Protein powders aren't a substance, but I think it's important to scour the ingredients list. I use the plant-based protein powders. I alternate between Amazing Grass Superfoods, Garden of Life, Healthforce Vitamineral Green. When I'm short on money, I live on Orgain. I add them to smoothies and they last me a long while bc honestly I found the advised serving sizes are too much for me.
