U go around the world to other cultures and civilizations they have those who rose above the society. Whether it be In political, new thought , inventions, and even religions sometimes.

And I think this is what we suffer from a lack of what I call "culture inspiration" . Not being able to call on the greats from the past.

Most of the world populations/cultures are staggeringly unremarkable. All the industry, invention, and innovation is concentrated to specific parts of the world, mainly parts of Asia, Europe, and the US. The rest of the world is wrestling with the base of Maslow’s Hierarchy. The culture needs to attain the first two layers, before the population can be at a level where it produces above average thinkers. All their energy is on their next meal and they don’t have the infrastructure.

The people that secured their place in history and always surrounded by the biggest powers the world has ever seen you moron and always dealt with respect from the great Dynasties of Egypt, China, multiple Islamic empires that annexed most of the known world.

If I remember correctly, from my psychology classes, Maslow's hierarchy has little to do with society but rather one's self. Hence, 'self actualization', is referring to our ideal image…

Koreans were hungry af too and were really poor but they still focused on building their economy and become what they are today. They didn't spend all their energy on charity and food security like other countries.
