No food in the shops

Went to asda, siansburys, morrisons and lidl. All the shops are empty. Literally empty. I asked the employees why they were empty and they said ppl were lining up like they were getting iphones early 8am just to get inside and fight over food.

This hsit is getting ridiculous! it's like the hunger games out here. Only extortionate are cornershops left. Looks like ppl are doing the opposite of distancing by lining up together from the early hours of the morning, which is dangerous and will spread the virus even more.

I will never judge doomsday preppers ever again. Atleast those nut cases got all the food they need before the easter lockdown that's coming.

They’re going to have to close down the stores, restock them, and only allow delivery of groceries and other items capped at a certain amount of the same item you can order to stop people from hoarding and reselling online. People are fucking animals

or just keep all the food and items in the warehouses they come from and have delivery drivers pick the items from there

That's the problem. It's impacting us normal buyers ,when we come in late and find out all the jobless bums took all the food. The shelves are empty....so in essence it's like there is a food shortage even tho there isn't.

I don 't want to line up at 5am and risk getting the virus in line, just cus these assholes are panicking. I just want my milk, cereal and bread and can't even get that. The indians in the area took all the damn cooking sauces, the cadaan took the toilet paper and the rest cleaned out even the frozen food.
