As much as I feel for him being racially abused, his response was a little low iq.
For one, why would your response be to disparage the people/culture they come from? I mean, the person who was racist to you is not gonna hear it. You are just being rude and condescending towards random viewers who might happen to be Arab themselves who may or may not be racist.
And it begs the question, if the racist was a white american, or some ethnicity/culture he doesn't deem as inferior. Would he still have the same response?
I also find it funny he said "I could beat up the boyfriend". Like bro, what did the boyfriend do? It seems like a desperate attempt to regain control/power of the situation.

I saw a video of that guy saying colonialism was, for the most part, positive and that Westerners had a superior culture that Africans had to learn from. With a straight face, he stated the Europeans who colonized southern Africa produced higher GDP because "they're not corrupt," giving examples of one of the most exploitative places on the planet.
That is what we call, ladies and gentlemen, a useful idiot. The guy can't simply comprehend that colonialism was a corrupt imposition by default. This is what happens when you internalize white supremacy. You code morality around the white man's deeds, having this inconistent, hypocritical blind spot for their actions, then project the oppressor's framing, effectively neutralizing the broader injustice.
