In which case, it is more nurture than nature whilst not discounting innate metier, flair, and aptitude uniquely gifted to individuals, where one person is predisposed to excel in an area whereas another might not.
In conclusion, I would argue, resources availed early at one's development in realising inherent potential determine, and bear far greater importance and influence than region, continent, or ethnicity. Again, this does not discount elemental, intrinsic competence, which could not be taught, case in point [wisdom].
