How I've been sleeping recently knowing 99% of Somali Americans were either born here or came here legally.

Black carribean Americans are the main ones tripping about this deportation issue. This Nigerian was being problematic for no reason because I haven't really seen any other African immigrants on social media complaining about this issue. Most of us came here legally.

The only somalis that have gotten deported were the fobs that went to prison before obtaining their citizenship.

Poor African Americans have received Hundreds of billions of dollars if not trillions worth of welfare in the past 60 years they enjoy a standard of living and have access to opportunities that few in the African continent enjoy I would argue that’s enough compensation for 19th century slavery it was an Extractionary and regressive institution anyways

300 years of slavery and unpaid labour in ur eyes is equal to some food stamps and rent control? I don’t disagree that they’re provledged but the way I see it is they earned it. 300 years unpaid labour to get America where it is in my opinion black people should not have to pay rent for a few generations to get even.

Hmm, are you a pan africanist? I'm curious how that would work, black americans and their ethnogensis is american after all. They created their new identity and ethnic group, and have been for a while. To most africans on the continent, you are more closer to a white american than the average person on the continent. Liberia is an example, there was a clear hierarchy of descendants of african americans and native africans being at the bottom
