And in Gedo alshabaab gets stronger. Capturing ceelwaaq.

That was short news from the most failed country:trumpsmirk::mjlol: they cant even come together to make peace.:lolbron:

This is fucked up.

Anyone know when the 18000 soldiers finish their training? Have they even started recruitment from all regions?

AMISOM is a major factor in Al-shabaab success throughout the south.

They will probably finish by mid next year. However they will be stationed in other places first. If AMISOM is leaving next year they will be needed in our capitals. After 3-5years we should have around 60k troops. Meanwhile the farmmaajo administration is trying to lift the arms blockade so they can be equipped to fight off al Shabab. Farmaajo , although a novice, is beginning to form an effective administration. The government have reclaimed our airspace and have implemented 5000 jobs for the youth so far. Thai will be his second challenge.

AMISOM won't completely leave at once, probably in stages. The arms embargo is also another factor which is holding us back from completely annihilating these bastards, but the main one especially with reagrds to Gedo is the atrocities AMISOM commits on the geeljire population and no one is going to work with their murderer.

All we can do right now is w8 then. Let's hope the government gets this embargo lifted.
