No he didn't know her. As u can see from the beginning of the video, he was walking behind her, he didn't pay attention to her at all. Not Even a glance of thirsty look at her body from behind. It seems as some point he noticed her, and then he hid in a corner, wait for her to pass and then he came running behind her. Or unless he followed her from a far, when his eyes were looking at her left as she glance on the phone, he was watching if there are witnesses. He already marked her. Weird.
