The mother has to release the man’s mental status. She hasn’t told the world the guy had some sort of a mental illness.

I dont think she has to release anything. They went out of their way, hunted the man down and approached him with the intention to kill him. Its a clear cut case. Dont fall for these white scumbags mudding the water

Does not justify hunting him down and judging him on the spot. I sometimes walk into houses that are under construction or around private property. Here in the uk you don't get shot. You just get told off and maybe chased by security if you go somewhere you aren't meant to be.
