I doubt it, you can find Land that is being sold near there, but that particular area is next to Shinigami its either Gov Lands or the Old people of Xamar pre 80's The Hawyie, Daroods, and Reer Xamars who are owners near there will never sell not when the beach and Government security is right next door.
