Thats the name of the area. Isgoyska jubba, famous hotel jubba etc this was the hotel pre 1991

The area is very peacefull, just before KM O, and Abdiaziz, right next to Shingani and Xamarwayne, This is a good location when you consider parking, traffic, and people.
