- Pell Grant for poor students who make no money or less so they can go to college and do well in life later on.
- Speed limit in neighborhoods so drivers don't accidentally kill a child as they speed in residential areas
- Protection of water resources
- Farming laws and rules that protect the soil


Just to name few of the laws legislators introduce to their local and national congress to protect their people and benefit them. These are legitimate laws. It has nothing to do with what you are confusing regarding Huduud etc.


Besides, America or Europe are Not Islamic countries, so still, your claims are misplaced. Educate yourself bra before you get started in the business of giving edicts and supplying opinions based on ignorance.

These people need your energy and time. Somalis have nothing else to worry about but the disease of tribal loyalty that is clearly warned against in Islam and labeled by their own Prophet as the "Practice of Jahiliyah". The legislation being refereed to is "positive law" (Qawanin wadiyyah) which are laws that are created by legislatures, courts, or other human institutions that contradict any aspect of the Sharia of Allah. As for the things not covered under the Sharia like road safety for example, then that comes under what is known as Siyasa Shar‘iyya were religiously legitimate authorities (not Kuffar or Murtadeen) will issue law-like decisions that must meet two necessary conditions: The first, those decisions must be issued with the welfare (maslaha) of the Muslim community in mind and Secondly, they must not be inconsistent with the divine rules of Sharia.

Just because America and Europe are not Islamic countries doesn't mean they are justified in their crimes against Allah.

It also highlights another major failure of democracy that such a young kid (did he even attend school?) has an equal say in who becomes leader as a Scholar with 80 years of knowledge and experience.
