New SNA offensive in Barire

I can't say I think this offensive is worth it:

1. The previous offensive greatly weakened both SNA and tribal fighters, and directly led to AS taking areas they haven't ruled in over a decade.

2. Again, having these offensives be led by AU foreigners and not Somalis shows that the SNA is still incapable of managing it's own affairs.

3. Even if they take the town, it will take another year to take back the last 5 months of AS advances, which just puts us back to January 2025, just with an even more demoralized SNA.

This feels more like an attempt to show the west that Villa Somalia is still a viable partner.
