Nah just normal rebel group. Back in 2009-2010 days Ras Casayr state was also created, so it is
not a new concept. It is mainly due to economic grievances and lack of sharing of government positions.

The new rebel group is ilbaax. They even have a female unit.

Siwaakhroons are known to start a new rebel groups every few years, they also always get bribes from Pl Government and they always drop the rebelhood drama and join PL back, they are bunch of con artists and life deep in Bari where Pl Government neglects their region and never do any developments.

They are picking up on the trend. I've even started to see women journalists in some of the videos. The major problem is lack of discipline. I could whip them to shape with my basic training that I received.

It is a mountainous region and has no proper roads to bring any developments, it is a too far yakhi and most of their residents moved from there to Bossaso beside few fishermens.

Wasn't Caluula once the capital of modern day Puntland? how was it the capital 100 years ago but apparently it can't get development in 2020.
