New proposed plan to move capital of Fafan zone from Jigjiga to Qabri Bayax

This could be another scheme of the Oromos to steal Jigjiga like they did with Dhire Dhaba.

Yh but moving the regional capital to Qabri Bayax will make sure a lot of reer Fafaan move there and evacuate Jigjiga. It is not a good idea, it is a better to keep Jigjiga as both regional & state

Ogaden don't have settlements in Fafaan zone but their cousins live there. Qabri Bayax is Jidwaaq.
