Of course background matters for the most part. But sometimes those who don’t have a background can do better than those who do. in rare cases, having a military background doesn’t mean shit when you look at the likes of xijaar. Like judging him from this position, who cares about his military background when he completely failed at his job.

Now compare him to sanyare job in mudug and how he wiped out shabaab presence in galkacyo. Any idiot can clearly see who’d do a better job as head of police force.

This actually exposes the stupidity and ineptness of HSM. He has claimed to be changing heads of governments for months now. This naturally leads to current officials all to be lack lustre in their positions.

When haven’t Xijaar, Qaroole, Cali Yare, Filish not been lacklustre? You act as if they’ve been any good. The worst Banadir administration in years.

HSM should get the replacements right. So far it’s just been speculation, nothing official has been said about a new administration.
