My first match is a JB woman (on both sides) who like me has a Samaroon grandmother. She didn’t get Gabiley as well but has Awdal. I think it’s too hard for them to tell both apart

I think it depends. obviously if you are mixed with non-Isaaqs it might be harder. I’m pissed I didn’t get Hargeisa as my mother is CG.

My Mota is slightly elevated so my Ethio likely came via Oromo groups that became Somali like the Akisho who are present in Western SL & Fafaan and from Somali groups who have high Oromo admixture like the Gurgure who also exist in Western SL & Fafaan. Most likely female mediated.
