If you can't change it and it is in-born, then do a lot of tasbih, and do your Salat, and your Zakat and your Fasting.
Wife of prophet pbuh Hafsa ra. daughter of Umar ibn Khatab ra was almost divorced due to her forceful character. But Allaah swt sent Jibrel and said-- do not divorce her.
Also in Quran--Surah Nisa--- there is a verse that says--some characteristics u don't like in her might be a good thing-- But Allaah swt knows better

"29 Live with your wives in a good manner. If you dislike them in any manner, it may be that you dislike something in which Allah has placed much good for you.30
