They are just waiting for Arsenal to sign off on the date they proposed. Cali Dheere is taking his sweet time.

Voter cards are now being printed and expect to be distributed soon.


15 days is not enough time to deliver all 918,000 cards so I expect on final delay to the election. Possibly December 25th.
