Simcard and all mobile transactions must be connected to this online ID, so the government can track who's financing the terrorists or who works for them.

Also just regular services like travel and access to bank accounts. With facial recognition of citizens now on a gov database we should invest in cameras that can track faces.

Should massively help with security. Technology will save Somalia.
