not really. 61% at a gcse level, for example, nets a grade B generally in the UK, maybe an A on a low grade boundary year. in places like sweden, germany, france and japan it seems to net you around a C-B grade based off what I was looking up, but people in those countries can chime in. think america is like the only major western country where more than 60% is getting you a D
