I don't blame them tbh. Apparently, they're changing the formulas so that the products work better for straighter hair textures, which means that it won't work well for coarser hair anymore and it'll dry it out. I don't use Shea Moisture products but if I did I'd stop too, but not just because of the commercial, that's a bit silly.
