I only agree with reparations insofar as they're in regard to a specific heinous crime instigated against specific people whom were the actual victims of the crime itself.
You can't have Germany, an entity, paying Namibia, another entity, for a historical crime whose actual victims gain nothing, or are long gone.

Yes, you can. Historical crimes can have a generational impact. The descendants of the victims might still be suffering from the aftereffects of those historical crimes in terms of for instance living in destitution due to their ancestors wealth being robbed.

There's no end to factors that can have a generational impact. No one's claiming families don't suffer in a certain sense when their loved ones are somehow brutalized, but they are not the direct victims that should receive reparations.
Namibia also plans to take land, similar to what they are going to do in South Africa.

They are literally going to spend all the reparations on buying their land and resources back from German Namibians. This means that all the reparations will go back to Germans. If Germany doesn't comply with these favorable conditions can we really blame the Namibians for taking back their resources by other means?

Native Americans in America and Canada have already been given reparations.
The rest of the countries and peoples listed below don't have the same problem as Namibia and Native Americans. The Germans in Namibia control the economy and most of the country's land and resources while the rest of the land belongs to European and American companies. Your comparisons were horrible.
