We have capable Somalis. So why do we need Nigerians to help us with urban planning? If anything help from a world power would be of greater assistance.

He wants to learn urban planning. Go to Barcelona. They've made their city pedestrian friendly, I don't want future Xamar to be a 12 lane city like other western hell holes.

Furthermore Somalia should really consider public transportation. Perhaps the outline for a train system for the future should be on the table. Connecting major cities will help with industrialization of the nation.

This is in the daily post Nigeria. It’s coming from Nigerian sources and it’s greatly exaggerated. They probably discussed infrastructure and related topics but this is a massive stretch.

Where? In Somalia? There definitely is massive shortage of skilled professionals.

But I have to say Nigeria does not strike as a country renowned for its urban planning, that being said we can use all the help we can get.
Dibadyaha waha jira kuwo noo samaney kara .

I know talented ones and I’m a nobody compared to HSM who hosts Twitter spaces with Somali professionals. Diaspora folk have many somalis capable of this task.
