You are right saaxib, but it is still mainly used for companions of the Prophet Pbuh and great Muslims who have contributed to Islamic history. For example like Imam Shaafici. I doubt any sane Muslim would use those term for Kheyre and put him on the same level as the Saxaaba and the 4 great Imams.

Secondly his descriptions are close to
being blasphemy. No human being are allowed to be praised like that, let alone a politician, who is known for bribing people.
