I'd love to see Puntland send up a Satellite into PL space orbit and have a command center in Garowe monitoring our land with direct live feeds. This capability will not only assist our security sector(247 live input feeds) but it could help with providing useful land data to development partners or any private sector on PL territory.

You can make better in IT services. PL has no restrictive laws and regulation on cyber world, giving a relaxed IT services and cashing from it will bring tens of millions. Of course you will need great infra for this, 24/7 electricity, good internet ( new cable connecting PL to the world ), and IT experts.
