Something has to replace those awful tin-sheds.

For $60 a pop, they can now. There is no excuse they use such horrible corrugated metal any-longer. This below can replace all them tea houses for a start.

As for the businesses who use 'tin-shed'. They should start looking at 'pre fab containers' as an alternative.

It's pretty cheap too. $1200 if u bulk order which I would for all the identified businesses using 'corrugated metal'

I would put these people outside the city and create a zone for them based on what they do. Industrial zone or something. My rule would be, you cannot operate in the city without a 'shop-front or bakaar' as a bare minimum, if you want to use cheaper materials, u need to go outside the city.

I would regulate how 'cheap' they can go also, I would ban 'tin-sheds' they are using as illegal and the bare minimum is 'pre-fab container' or 'gazebo' for the tea houses. I would allow the 'tea shops' to operate in the city as long as they invest into a 'gazebo' as a bare minimum. This small reform would make PL look great again

I have a question why do you just want to implement this on Puntland why not Somalia as a whole? Why aren’t you a somali supremacist instead of a qabil one?

Those containers only look nice in a well developed city/village with roads, widewalks and greenery. Even if you built taj mahal there, it would still look ugly because of the surroundings

Until we learn to be spacious and not ciriiri like a fu.cking wiriiri, the towns will always look ugly. 1/3 of the space should be houses 2/3 should be public space like roads and sidewalks

Because we consider Puntland as our country. Its like asking him why doesn't he want to implement it in kenya for example.
Puntland isn’t a country tho it’s a state within a country. Unless puntland leaves Somalia you should be aiming to implement this in the whole country but if you carry out a referendum and leave than do it for your country we would even support you but why prioritise a state over the whole country

@zak1up_1

He wants to improve his federal state as is his right. Charity starts at home in Islam. Instead of focusing on him, focus on your federal state.
