OPINION My response to the multiple Prison break attempts by Terrorist

All terrorism in Somalia is a direct result of Arab influence, we allow unhindered penetration of Arab influence into our country for the last 30 years, I beg lets stop this or our issues with terrorism will never stop. We need some serious response to this.

Policy proposals.

1. Crack down on all Arab organisations, businesses, charities in Somalia they must be registered and under considerable monitoring
2. Israeli style surveillance on Arab refuges, dual nationals and travelers, as well as Somali business who trade in Dubai
3. Anti-Arab propaganda to balance the constant stream of propaganda they have imposed on our population
4. Change the official language to Somali only, and crack down on arabic graffiti
5. Leave the Arab union

Somali Federal government and the Federal member states should invest in their prison systems. They should rehabilitate the inmates through providing technical skills training of their choice. Many of the Western allies will fund them if they are accountable for every dollar received. Puntland should be an example to the rest of these other paper states and the central government. Puntland hasn’t done enough and should be held accountable for every inmate that serves time on the soils of Puntland.

Much more is expected from the FMS of Puntland. Through investing in our inmates we can change our society and communities for the better.

I agree on all but leaving the Arab Union. Granted the Arab Union hasn't done Somalia much but whatever they give is desperately needed by our people. Let us be strategic about our withdrawal from the Arab League. Only after we've fully exhausted our interests should we withdraw. Till then lets try use it as a vehicle to foster trade across the Arab world, something we've not fully exploited since we joined

shabab is somali and their finances have gone down alot this is not 2010 when they had plenty of ports. anyone in jl would tell you that. if rich arabs were funding them they would be much stronger. they are significantly weakened.
the 70s was when sadat was opening up the economy post socialism and egypt was recovering from the arab israeli war. gaddafi was busy with the chad war. iraq had an ailing leader. the gulf was busy getting into the 20th century. south yemen was communist (screw them).
its like iraqis complaining why didnt 80s kacaan give substantial support to saddam in the iran iraq war.
arabs have never invaded me. they never sent battle ships to fight us either. therefore they are infinitely better than the african union.

If Somalia becomes stable it would be difficult for them to control politicians. They are also probably planning to use us as a base to attack houthis. These guys need a colony in the horn. They can't do it in Ethiopia cause xabashis are more stable than us, can't do it in Eritrea for the same reason, can't do it in Djibouti cause it's a small country already full of foreign bases and the arabs already have something there(UAE bass i think). Who's left? Somalia , close enough to arabia and f...d up enough to use as a puppet state
