I would recommend you install a water filter. It can really boost the longevity of your pipes.
Galkayo has hard water that will clog up your pipes in a few years. Make sure your septic tank is emptied regularly so you don't have sewage issues.

Do some decent landscaping replacing the tiles with grass, if not then landscaping pebbles and rocks, which is great for the environment, holds water letting it seep in, keeps the dust away, and gives the house an appeal of natural look.

riverbeds with limestone (massive opportunity for local limestone industry) or construction
and great opportunity for a flourishing CBD only a fool wont invest....

but i understand the clan dynamics so it may not be wise for u to invest if u aint from a local clan thx to the mental handicap of all our somali elders... but for me kismayo is a great place to invest
