As you all know I live in London which means I live in a tiny ass flat with paper thin walls. Recently a young couple moved in upstairs and they have sex nearly EVERY night.
They are extremely loud and I can hear EVERYTHING, trust me EVERYTHING. They don’t even play music to drown out the noise and they are completely shameless.

Only practical suggestions I can come up with is: 1) a confrontational note (like Cinina suggested, [don't make it homophobic tho or else it could potentially be used against you as evidence of 'hate crime'), 2) sleep with good noise cancelling earbuds plugged in, 3) listen to music with earphones, or 4) leave a complaint with the landlord or whoever is in charge of the apartment.
