Yes it is one sided, that's why I saw they are jealous and scheming. I have encountered them at work. they are over whelmed with Somalis lol I guess since they are refugees like Somalis, they compete over same stuff, like free housing and stuff.

He is studying out of the country and is back for holiday. He asked me why do Djibouti women shake hands with other Somali men and kiss them on the cheeks. I asked him how do you know they are from Djibouti or even Somali they could be anything and he said because they speak French and they look Somali.
