My mother always used to tell me stories (since I was a kid) about my grandfather and great grandfather how they fought against colonial powers and how my grandfather spent a lot of money to fight the italians and british. he was the one who funded all the weapons. Is this true? Also both my parents are osman mahmoud. but my mother tells me she is isxhaak? Does such a tribe exist in the first place? I can't find any information about this on google?

U can achieve greatness once u known yourself and your roots since u didn't just emerge into the world from nothing, u got a history and u need to really dig into it to establish confidence.
It's then up to u how u use your current homeland and opportunities while also being loyal to them as they helped your parents in time of need plus it's in your own interest their well being or else it may trickle dlwn and effect u.

International Business with German for one year and then the remaining two years I studied Business & Management. I wished I studied another subject. I can speak fluently Dutch, English and Somali a tiny bit of German and Arabic, maybe turkish.

Definitely not Isaaq. My grandmother from my father side has Isaaq heritage. She passed away in Ramadan 2011. I remember it like yesterday. I was 19. Now 33.
