I'm guessing she's from the Indian sub-continent? They're always like that though, relationship or not.

Man use your common sense. If the woman you're with is an international student. And she's Chinese. And she'll most likely either go back or settle down here. Then you can infer a lot of shit.

1. You and her are in uni.
2. You 2 are young adults.
3. She's aware of her limited window of time of being free.
4. She will not choose you over her family.
5. She's with you cause she's attracted to you.

With those sensible premises, you can conclude that she's into you sexually. She may like you as a person, but it ain't that deep if she won't defend you in front of her parents. Enjoy your youth and move on.
