My friend's father died how do I console her?

It happened yesterday all of a sudden. I'm still shocked about this and it pains me to see her in this state. What can I do to possibly make her feel better?

make dua for him and her, and tell her to remember Allah always

you can't really console someone in that situation. just be there for her and make dua for him.
if she is Muslim, just keep reminding her that it's Allah's will and in sha Allah they'll meet again in Jannah.
