So my good friends father just passed away, being a lone child he inherited his fathers 5000 square metre land. Its located in a city 130ish miles west of beledweyne. It's across the border. He's Somali btw, and he is just thinking of what he can do to that land to develop it so it can benefit the Somali population. What would you guys do to that land so that it may support the Somali population, he's thinking of a farm of some sort? He also inherited around $600k in liquid assets.
