Bosaso - 50 a year
Kismayo - 100 a year
Borama - 10 a year
Galkayo - 250 a year
Burco - 150 a year
Baidao - 200 a year
Beledweyne - 250 a year
Djibouti - 50 a year
Merka - 200 a year
Barawe - 100 a year
Berbera - 50 a year

I don't think Hargeisa has 100 a year murders, because whenever some is stabbed (it gets
to the news) you can count it by your fingers. However apparentely rape and other vices
are high in Hargeisa.

Awdal is probably safest, followed by Nugaal. Data seems to reflect the proportion accurately, but the quantities are definitely off.
