My Advice To Darod Isimo

This isn't a clan fkd, this is absolutely serious political-social-economic survival of Beesha Darod. As I represent the house of osman mahmoud, I am going to forget jifi-jifi nonsense but speak as a wise elder from the house of bah dubays. My advice is to the Boqor of Darod. You are the monarch elect of all darod Isim. Hil wayn ba ku saran oo ka baxsan arimo shaksi iyo arimo siyasadeed(petty politics and 5 year posts). It's absolute paramount you fulfill the following immediate duties.

1. Puntland State needs to be shaped as a constitutional monarchy. The govt can be below the monarchy and do govt work, elections, development and security. But The isimo must hold 'reserve' powers to dismiss the govt in the event of constitutional disaster, security disaster. You must also reserve the power of recognition of each government and ministers. You have historical legitimacy as Isimo, having a secular constitutional court only with another 'siyasi' isn't a good check n balance as you can see the risk that can emerge. Yes we need a constitutional court but this isn't enough. Plus we do not want a 'guurti' like SL where you are involved in day to day matters as it may compromise your traditional status.

2. As Darod Monarch, I am pleased you have toured africa-oman-yemen to expand Jabarti ties but ur only touring wixi la 'dhaxlay' waxba uma soo kordhin, we must use east yemen-socotra-oman thru 'mehri' people in Somalia to have a 'dual survival' policy in the event one region collapses, the other welcomes untill such time they re-capture their lands. This has been done historically and why we have large base in oman and mehri has a base in Somalia. We must sit down with mehri in somalia to discuss this.

3. Expand Jabarti ties to Indonesia-Malaysia as it's well known Jabarti apostles reached there, they will welcome us for our contribution to Islam and their countries. From then on-wards we must discuss 'mutual survival' interests.

4. As Darod Monarch you must hold a 'darod summit' each year with other Isimo and provide intel on the work your doing, successes, challenges. You must advice the other Isimo on establishing strong social bases in STEM, politics, economic, militaries. Do not discuss short-term politics with them but only discuss 'shared survival' interest for the whole. Each clan nidaam(diversified nidaam) to 'dedicate' investment to scholarships of gifted students in Stem and gifted students in religion(so ppl dont brain wash them).

I am confident if the monarch starts doing this, this will add another 800-900 years to our survival as a whole, wixi la 'dhaxlay' 800 years ago was due to our wise ancestors, but do we just sit there and 'milk' it or do we 'expand' the same philosophy to establish longer survival?

Security posture must be taken for our long survival so we reach another 1000 years this is my only motive and security has an internal/external dimension. We must assist other clans who want to follow in our spirit but we must not force them and let them be. But our 'external' posture must be robust to ensure long term survival for all beesha. In Oman today all darods are there and mehri opened those doors for us as they live in southern oman/east yemen and we do the same for them in Somalia.

We must not just sit there and rely on dhaxalki awoowe, but contribute our dhaxal for the generations to come. I want to see our relationship worldwide reach mehri/darod level as it is within somalia and external, but this time we must pursue our survival interest OUTSIDE our 'historical/islamic' sphere, we must use the same ancient tactics to reach that beautiful mutual survival outcome with new allies of Jabarti Nation.

The first countries we must pursue in Europe is Scotland and Ireland as they have similar 'clan' histories and we can share a-lot about 'tribal/clan' benefits/negatives in comparison to 'fuedal peasant' system stripped of clan identity and controlled by a strong monarch. Plus their very anti colonial as demonstrated in their history against the english monarchy.

They can provide wise 'advice' on the benefits/negatives/risks of a social system where people are clan-less and rely on a '1 family' centralized rule which eventually leads to the 'republic system'. The challenges I noticed is single point of collapse for republics and if a pre-existing social system doesn't exist whether tribe or sect, I suspect those nations will suffer extinction as another 'fuedal' society conquers them.

We shud pursue 'mongolia' as a new 'alliance' due it's large land mass and small population in 'asia', it doesn't look good now their political situation but long term survival must calculate 'land' real estate. Same with Russia.

Even tho their strong now they have a large real estate also plus we can benefit thru 'stems' ties with them, so we can develop ourselves. Cuba is another target due to their excellent healthcare and cheapness to study vs quality recieved is tremendous value for Darods.

Health alliances is mandatory to expand our life spans, conquer diseases, and make our ppl stand out from the rest of the dying africans. Im still reviewing 'education' system 'cost to value' recieved for human capital and one that is crafted to our people 'mentality' so it can produce pioneers in their field. We don't want african american education system not crafted to their mind-set leading to no quality outcomes for their locals. That's the problem when u copy n paste other ppl education system, it may not deliver the desired return on investment.

Lots of u darod think the horn of africa is your interest due to tunnel vision of TODAY priorities, but im more 'wise' then that, I calculate what will we all do in terms of 'horn' region collapsing? where do we regroup(socotra, east yemen, southern oman), what countries will be our foreign allies(indonesia, malaysia) how do we expand our alliances into new frontiers(mongolia, cuba, russia) wat happens if their is a bad climate change, disease, war, etc. Wat countries can we learn from with similar clan/tribe society(scotland, ireland) and their survival rate, challenges, benefits?

I remember 2020 during pandemic cadaan rich people with 2020 suvs fighting over toilet paper at Costco like animals. When their is scarcity this is who people are no civility . imagine if cadaan people faced drought like Somalia for 10 yrs and everywhere was desert they would purge each other .

I truly believe if we lived on land like New Zealand we would be chilling with no qabil wars or issues
