thats what happens when your upbringing and environment is tyrannical and shallow as fk

duugsi culture, hypocritical lazy parents being shitty role models. shaming and unnecessary critique that damages the child's esteem. poverty, nihilism and pleasure seeking. and this is what you get, dysfunctional toxic cesspool no1 wants to address that spills into the next generation. cycle of sht.

In some aspects we are becoming worse then the Non Muslims while in others it's getting very close.

My advice to the younger generation especially the male's is to plan your gateway from these lands right now, work hard, save up and get out, don't get married here, it's a lost cause, your only contributing to this dysfunction.

In my opinion as Somali's here in the UK, we are far worse as a collective in all these stats.

Our divorce rates alone is around 70%, 75% of us live in deprived areas, as for premarital sex our rates are far higher then the average 67% and the same for prison population.

If you took all Somali's out of this, you would see a significant drop in all of these stat's with the exception of Alcohol and Drugs which is universal.

good thing i dont live in the UK, not so bad here in norway, many sweet souls
Wherever Somali's congregate in huge numbers is were most of the dysfunction and degeneracy take place.

The UK outside of Africa has the highest number of Somali diaspora then any other country in the west, especially more so per square mile, so it comes as no surprise we are by far the worst.

Smaller communities are better because everyone knows each other and reputations are at stake, it serves as a strong deterrent for all.

There is also not much to do in those places, so people often busy themselves in better ways more conducive to their own personal growth such as reading books.

Every female I met from such lands had an obsession with reading books, whereas here in the UK, I have never come across one with that obsession because she is out partying almost everyday non stop.

Such a lifestyle robs you from introspection and reflection because that requires a degree of solitude which these people never have.

This is why you see them do crazy stuff on the internet and make even crazier lifestyle choices.

The stats are def worse than this. A lot of Turks, Kurds, Iraniansn, and a few others are leaving Islam in droves. I'm good friends with an Eri in Australia, Melbourne and he said in his church there are 2 Sudanese and 2 Somali converts. No cap.

The only thing we beat those groups in is the adherence to our deen but even that is being lost in the diaspora and soon we will be no different then them.

Had Allah known any goodness in them, He would have certainly made them hear. ˹But˺ even if He had made them hear, they would have surely turned away heedlessly.

O believers! Respond to Allah and His Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah stands between a person and their heart, and that to Him you will all be gathered.

Beware of a trial that will not only affect the wrongdoers among you. And know that Allah is severe in punishment.

-Sura Al-Anfal, Ayah 23 - 25

And We admitted him to Our Mercy: for he was one of the Righteous. (Surah Al-Anbiya’, 75)

We admitted them to Our mercy: for they were of the righteous ones. (Surah Al-Anbiya’, 86)

'There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary: we follow divergent paths. (Surah Al-Jinn, 11)

May Allah protrct me from ever being like that europhile disbeliever.

inshaAllah the ummah will rear back into khair through the mercy and guidance of Allah (SWT), but our experiences in the last 50 years is a difficult lesson. But in every generation fitnah exists. We ask Allah to lighten it and make us avoid its evil. We ask Allah for well being and for a good end. Moreover, we ask Allah for protection agaibst the fitna of masih ad dajjal that is rearing its ugly head.

Many muslims I grew up with have apostated.

O believers! Whoever among you abandons their faith, Allah will replace them with others who love Him and are loved by Him. They will be humble with the believers but firm towards the disbelievers, struggling in the Way of Allah; fearing no blame from anyone. This is the favour of Allah. He grants it to whoever He wills. And Allah is Ever-Bountiful, All-Knowing.

-Sura Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 54

in the next 20 years Somalis will be barely any different than a kafir. Xalimos are already leading the way...

@Inquisitive_ the Scandinavian diasporas are statistically the worst, the level of delusions on this site is staggering.

started to use blood testing on Somalis who applied for family reunification with parents, the tests showed that 1 out of 4 lied about the family ties. The tests were later changed to DNA tests to verify family ties.[2] The leader of a Somali community organization in Norway and the Norwegian Medical Association protested the tests and wished they would be discontinued.[3] In 2010, UDI started DNA-tests on Somali childless couples who applied for family reunification where one spouse already resided in Norway. The results showed that 40% of such pairs were siblings. As the tests became widely known, the ratio dropped to 25% and the tests were widened to migrants from other regions.[4]

In 2011, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration had over 100 Somali women who had divorced their husbands to claim extra income support as the sole provider for the family, then had more children to their ex husbands. Each family had defrauded state agencies out of an average 80 thousand euro. On average, sole providers receive 1500 euro monthly per child. The welfare system is based on trust.[5]

In 2015, investigations by authorities showed that some Somalis who had claimed to be refugees from the civil wars in Somalia, were in fact ethnic Somalis but residents of countries neighbouring Somalia. Several of those along with their offspring lost their Norwegian citizenships.[6]

In 2015, Norwegian authorities started a program to repatriate Somalis with no right to reside in Norway to Somalia, primarily individuals from Mogadishu.[7]

four out of ten Somalis live on social benefits, according to Statistics Norway.[11]

According to Statistics Norway, as of 2012-2014, the percentage of Somalia-born immigrants in Norway with a persistently low income averaged out at 70.7%. This was a higher proportion than the native population and other immigrant groups, largely because most Somali individuals arrived as asylum immigrants, who tend to have lower incomes. The percentage of Somalia-born immigrants with a persistently low income has also steadily declined the longer that the individuals have resided in Norway, with proportions of 94.2% among 3 year Somalia-born residents, 74.7% among 4-9 year residents, and 61.6% among residents of 10 years or longer. This was relative to immigrant averages of 26.3% overall, 50.3% among 3 year residents, 28.5% among 4-9 year residents, and 20.2% among residents of 10 years or more. As of 2014, around 72% of Somalia-born immigrants have a persistently low income, with individuals born in Norway to Somali immigrants having a smaller low income percentage of approximately 65%.[12]

According to Oslo municipality, about 50-70% of Somali males in Oslo are habitual users of khat, a narcotic banned in Norway. The narcotic is expensive on the black market which is a contributing factor to destroying household economics.[13]

In a 2018 National Police Directorate report, some Somali parents who lost custody of their children, sent their children to Quranic schools in Somalia.[14]As a response, Norwegian authorities suggested to annul the passports of children who risked being sent to Quranic schools as a way to stop them being brought abroad by their relatives against their will.[15]
According to Statistics Norway, in the 2001 to 2010-2013 period, the estimated proportion of Somalia-born perpetrators of criminal offences aged 15 and older in Norway decreased from 227 to 124 per 1000 residents.[16] This was compared to averages of 44.9 among native Norwegians and 112.9 among Norway-born residents with parents of foreign origin.[17]

According to a Statistics Norway report in 2017 investigating crime among immigrants in the 2010-2013 period, Somalis, together with Iraqis, Iranians and Afghans were the groups most overrepresented as perpetrators of crime.[18] With 125 perpetrators out of 1000, Somalis were overrepresented when compared to the Norwegian population (45 out of 1000).[19]
