Parents are not stupid, they know they are proliferating zinnah, they themselves grew up in communist Somalia were things were as bad and females wore transparent dirac were you could see all unlike today in the west.

You might ask why they do this, it's simple, the love for dunya, even among the quasi religious ones, they would rather their daughter and son work and bring money home until 30 then get them married.

I can't blame Somali father's for this because they are the only Muslim males in the west that have no authority or control over there female folk, and that's because we are blessed with the worst.

You can’t blame your parents for everything that goes wrong in your life. It’s your fault for not having the willpower to stick through it. If you perform zinnah, that’s on you and no one else. It’s easier to not take any responsibility for the way your life turns out. Heed their advice, but don’t let that dictate your life. You don’t want to resent your parents for your unhappiness.

I must disagree sxb. There are countless videos of people back home who have crazy mixed parties or celebrating valentine's day ot whatever. Bad people are bad everywhere.
