yeah, Lavrov is enough though. He is the mastermind behind Russia's successful foreign policy. Russia just did debt forgiveness for a lot of African nations. All Russia and China want for the most part is for countries to vote with them when it comes to UN voting, they don't care for how you run your country, unlike the West who forces you to pass LGBTQ laws or other BS in order to get a loan..

Russia had a surplus of sales from exporting this year too, 20-30 billion dollars is nothing to them. For comparison the IMF is giving Somalia a loan of 1 billion this year but won't forgive it.
