I really do believe that he has low regard for all non-Western cultures and I don't necessarily disagree with him -- especially in relation to all of Africa.

Minus the Trans nonsense, I would actually like Africa to thoroughly Westernise.

Not westernise but rather modernise you mean. You can modernise a country without being too influenced by western values. Saudi Arabia for example is quite developed (at least in its urban areas) but it is still thoroughly Islamic.
